Who is behind SI Events

SI Events is Silvia and Sophia, two friends who share a deep passion for the mountains and nature. They met at work and quickly noticed how well they complement each other: Silvia brings creativity, optimism and ambition, Sophia organisation, courage and calm. Together they have made it their mission to make wedding dreams come true in the landscape of the Dolomites.

What SI Events takes care of

You decide how much you want to do yourselves. SI Events offers full planning, where they handle every detail, or partial planning, where you are more involved. On request they take care of:

• finding and choosing the venue
• catering and menu
• the ceremony and the paperwork
• budget planning
• flowers and styling
• photography and video
• advice on wedding attire, hair and make-up
• music
• stationery and design
• accommodation for you and your guests
• wedding car and transport

• Plan B: they prepare for the unexpected and coordinate closely with every supplier, so the day stays calm.

An example: the proposal at Baita Marie

For a proposal on the Alpe di Siusi, Silvia and Sophia set a table on the meadow outside Baita Marie with roses, candles and linen, and coordinated the hut, the kitchen and the timing. More than weddings

SI Events also organises anniversaries, birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, private celebrations, gala dinners and corporate events in the Dolomites.

When to get in touch

SI Events recommends booking their planning 6 to 12 months ahead, especially for high season. Short-notice requests are still considered.
